MODELING OPTICAL INTENSITY MODULATORS BASED ON MACH-ZEHNDER INTERFEROMETER BY SOFTWARE TOOL OF MICROWAVE CIRCUITS CALCULATION NI AWR DESIGN ENVIRONMENT 33

Abstract
At the design stage of radio-electronic means using microwave photonics units, the cosimulation capability in a single CAD tool for the elements of microwave and optical ranges is a vital issue, and it is important to retain the ability to complex nonlinear analysis of the circuits and systems under design. One of the most suitable solution of this complex problem is in using working on symbolic level CAD tool NI AWR Design Environment (AWRDE) from National Instruments, which has extensive built-in library of multi-parametric models for electronic and topological components, functional modules, or system units. Following it, in the paper we offer an upgraded nonlinear physical equivalent-circuit model of the double-sideband optical modulator, fully implemented based on AWRDE Schematic library elements. Developing the model, we proposed for the first time and initially studied by AWRDE a nonlinear physical model of the single-sideband electro-optical modulator, comprising three Mach-Zehnder interferometers. During the simulations, the static and dynamic characteristics of the models in large-signal operation mode are analyzed by transmitting Ku-band microwave signals. Carrying out experimental verification has confirmed the correctness of the developed models.

INVESTIGATION OF POLARIZATION IN HETEROSTRUCTURES WITH THE QUANTUM WELL AlGaN / GaN USING CAPACITANCE-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS 15

Abstract
In the present study, the degree of relaxation of tension in the barrier layer of heterostructures AlGaN / GaN on the basis of measurements of the capacitance-voltage characteristics GaNHEMT is determined. Samples were grown on Al2O3 substrates by deposition of organometallic compounds from a gaseous phase. In order to conduct capacitance-voltage measurements, dualgate HEMT were created for all these tested HEMT-structures. From the measured capacitancevoltage characteristics, the Pexp polarization value within each HEMT-structure was obtained. By analyzing the capacitance-voltage characteristics, electron traps were found. According to the modified model by Ambacher, spontaneous Psp values and piezoelectric polarization Ppz were calculated. Obtained values Pexp, Psp and Ppz for each HEMT-structure allowed to determine the value of the relaxation degree of tension R in the barrier layer. Thus, the possibility of application of the capacity-voltage characteristics for evaluating the quality of the crystal structure of the barrier layer in the heterostructure AlGaN / GaN is shown.

HIGH-SENSITIVITY MAGNETOMETER BASED ON A MAGNETOELECTRIC SENSOR 24

Abstract A high-sensitivity magnetometer based on new type magnetoelectric sensor was fabricated. The sensor contains a composite structure of ferromagnetic and piezoelectric layers placed inside an electromagnetic coil. Magnetoelectric effect in the structure arises due to combination of magnetostriction of the ferromagnetic layer and piezoelectricity of the piezoelectric layer. Under simultaneous action of pumping magnetic field with frequency f and dc field to be measured, the structure generates voltage harmonics with frequencies f, 2f, 3f. Amplitudes of the 1st and the 3d harmonics are linear functions of H, which is used for measurements. The field, frequency, and amplitude characteristics of the sensor were investigated. The electronics circuits used for signals processing are described. The battery powered proto-type of the magnetometer operates in the 0.1−200 mOe magnetic field range with accuracy of 0.1 mOe. The proposed magnetoelectric magnetometer may compete with fluxgate magne-tometers and find applications in geophysics, navigation, defectoscopy, and medicine.

Keywords: magnetometer, magnetic field sensor, magnetoelectric effect, magnetostriction, piezoelectric effect, phase-locking, autonomous measuring devices.

PRACTICE GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF STANDARDS FOR DESIGN OF INTERACTIVE SYSTEMS IN TERMAL IMAGING PROCESSING TASKS 11

Abstract
The article analyzes the critical quality parameters firmware optoelectronic systems (IPS) to meet the ergonomic requirements for work with computer systems: ISO 9241 - Ergonomics of human-machine interaction; ISO 10075 - Ergonomic principles related to mental workload when dealing with interactive systems; ISO 14915 - Ergonomics software multimedia user interfaces. According to the results of theoretical analysis of the current state of the problem of data processing automation of noisy and distorted IR images revealed that the image processing procedure is an indispensable component of the total signal processing procedure in the chain of data transformations from its registration photodetectors to the presentation to the operator, so the lack of standardized quantitative criterion imaging quality to solve practical problems of modern optoelectronic instrument makes it especially urgent to develop treatment algorithms thermal images with ergonomic requirements for computer systems. Practical recommendations are done to improve the reliability of the interpretation of the information provider, and thus improve the reliability of the situation prediction efficiency and APC information system as a whole.

Keywords: ergonomics of human-computer interaction, multimedia user interface, information system efficiency, reliability prognosis of the situation, the accuracy of the information, the accuracy of the interpretation of the information, availability of treatment result for perception, understanding.

FEATURES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS TO SMALL BUSINESSES 8

Abstract
The development of information systems for small enterprises despite the objective difficulties and reduced budgets for IT infrastructure requires an in-depth strategic approach. It should include an analysis of the conditions, assessment of the opportunities and a precise selection of the most appropriate hardware and software platforms. They, in turn, must comply with the current trends and allow for a flexible adjustment according to the specific individual requirements. The renovation of the existing information systems and the development of modern integrated ones should not be perceived as a single act, but as a long-term, premediated and planned process.

CONSIDERATION OF ECONOMICAL PROBLEM IN RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY FROM MORAL POINT OF VIEW AT THE TURN OF XXth CENTURY 11

Abstract
The problem of correlation between economics and morality is risen in the article. Start of discussion of this problem from philosophical point of view dates from to the turn of XXth century and connected to the names of Russian religious thinkers V.S. Solovyov and S.N. Bulgakov. On the wave of tremendous development of economical theories of XIX century in the spirit of economism one-sided approach to human economical activity was found out in them. Chapters from the book of Russian philosopher V.S. Solovyov "Explanation of kindness" in which he considers economical question from moral point of view are analyzed in the article and S.N. Bulgakov's approach to rendering of political economy is shown. Critics of break of human economical activity and his moral substance is researched in details. Special attention is paid to consideration of human economic relations (work, property, exchange) in their correlation with morality from Solovyov's philosophy of unitotality. The fact that work has dual nature in society is shown : on the one hand it is necessary for satisfying human exigencies, on the other hand it must be directed to commonwealth, in such combination of egoism and altruism the way to building just society is paved. Views of philosopher to the fact that the source of property is work and exchange mustn't become a deceit are notched. The main philosophical conclusion is in the necessity of understanding of dialectical connection of material, economical and moral sides of human activity. The importance and actuality of given problem is shown.
