Development and implementation of technology of the laser controlled thermocracking in the international market 9

Abstract. This report describes the necessity of application of the equipment for integration of low-speed interfaces in a modern network of high-speed data transfer. The application of the multiplexer ENE-OTN is described for this task. The work is devoted to development of highly effective technologies of processing of a wide class of fragile not metal materials on the basis of a method laser controlled thermocracking (LCT), received recently wide circulation and recognition all over the world. Some examples of effective application of a method ЛУТ in Russia and are given abroad at processing materials in mechanical engineering, instrument making, microelectronics and optoelectronics.

Annotation. The work is dedicated to the development and application of a new class of materials - thermally conductive and electrically conductive polymer composites. Diamond-like carbon nanocomposite coatings obtained dy plasma- assisted vapor deposition in vacuum – tribology and structure 6

Abstract. Structure, chemical and phase composition, and tribological behavior of DLC vacuum-deposited coatings have been studied. PACVD a-C:H:Si and a-C:H:Si:Mо coatings deposited using silicon-organic precursors and a-C:H:Cr coatings deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering have been studied. Friction tests with silicon nitride as counterpart have demonstrated that a-C:H:Si and a-C:H:Si:Mо have low COF and friction fatigue durability for contact pressures exceeding 290 MPa, and that their tribological parameters might be improved (if using say model lubricants). The structure and properties of chromium doped DLC coatings have been shown to depend strongly on reactive gas atmosphere composition. These coatings have demonstrated high mechanical and tribological characteristics and might be a promising material for work at high contact pressures.

Quad port power splitter on the dielectric waveguides for apparatus EHF-therapy 4

Abstract. Developed design 4-channel in-phase power divider based on a flexible dielectric waveguides for use in the devices (apparatuses) of EHF therapy. The work is related to the technical field of millimeter waves, used to treat and prevent a wide range of diseases - EHF therapy. One of the areas of EHF-therapy is associated with exposure to several biologically active points on the patient's body in accordance with the principles of ancient Chinese medicine. The results of the development and structure optimization of multi-channel contact of the radiator on a flexible dielectric waveguides produced phones for EHF-therapy are presented.

Single-processor servicing for stream of packets: models and synthesis of optimal strategy 17

Abstract. In the paper the motion of protons near atomic nuclei is studied within the framework of a nonlinear generalization of Yukawa’s theory in which the well-known phenomenon of nuclear mass defect is taken into account. Their trajectories are described by a nonlinear differential equation of the second order with respect to the radial coordinate as a function of the polar angle of a proton. Numerical investigations of this equation are carried out for different initial conditions and values of its parameters.

Modeling innovation at the design stage and development of radioelectronic means 5

Abstract. The article presents an approach to the management of innovation process in the construction of radio-electronic means, based on the idea of wave-shaped nature of the emergence and spread of innovation. The initiation and the spread of the innovation wave is simulated fading fluctuations and describes a harmonic function. A mathematical model of the innovation process to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative activity in the design and development of radio-electronic means. Constraints are formulated submitted model because of the adopted during the development of simplifications and assumptions, and also and the ways to overcome them.

Annotation: The technology of production of the automated systems of documentary maintenance activity (ASDMA) and the automated systems of organizational control (ASOC).
